David Grisaleña is an Industrial Engineer specializing in Industrial Organization, with an Executive Master in Innovation. With over 15 years of experience in innovation projects at regional, national, and European levels, he currently serves as the Innovation and Sustainability Responsible at Visesa. David focuses on implementing R&D projects, mainly co-financed by the European Commission, managing energy services as an ESCO in social housing, and promoting digitalization and sustainability concepts within Visesa’s mission of providing affordable, quality social housing.
Visesa (Vivienda y Suelo de Euskadi S.A.) is a public-sector company affiliated with the Basque Government’s Department of Housing and Urban Agenda. Its primary mission is to develop high-quality subsidized housing in the Basque autonomous community, ensuring the right to decent housing for all sectors of society.
